I'm trying out this lifestyle plan and will be recording how it goes here just for the heck of it!
Bedtime :
12.15am
THIS is TOUGH! Target was 11.00pm but habits die hard.
Breakfast :
24g whey protein + quarter red apple + 1 egg + 1 tablespoon honey (not on list) + 1 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 6oz water
Surprisingly tasty. Found it too sweet though. Maybe I will loose the honey.
Lunch (late, 3.00pm) :
2 small chicken breasts + shredded lettuce + cucumber slices + condiments (not on list)
Ordered out from colleague so had no choice in the timing.
Exercise :
20 minutes brisk walk to personal music playlist
Dinner (late, 10.00pm) :
tempe (not on list) + nangka vegetable (not on list) + cucumber slices + medium slice of parang fish
Another hard to negotiate timing. Dinner is usually after Pa returns from surau.
Detoxification :
No time for Epsom salt dip today.
Was overall bearable.
Ever present thirst despite drinking mug after mug of water to get rid of hunger pangs.
Feels like fasting when I'm actually not.
Almost snappish near dinner time- looks like I'm more sugar dependent than I thought...
