02/22

Second day, y'all!!!


Bedtime :
12.15am

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + quarter red apple + 1 egg + half tablespoon honey (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

Still too sweet. Definitely loosing the honey. Where the heck does one by chia seed or flax seed?

1 medium chicken breast kurma + loads of stir fried bok choy

Skipping lunch today.

Exercise :

No walkies today.

Detoxification :

5 tablespoons Epsom salt to bath water + soak for 20 minutes


No hot water facility. Poured in a kettle-full of just boiled water but still chilly rather than the recommended "warm enough to sweat".
Sink hole plug's leaky so water level sank quite fast!
Tried a few creative gymnastic poses in order to keep most of my body soaked for the required period of time :p


Dinner (9.00pm) :
chicken soup with carrots + mixed vegetables pecal + 2 medium chicken breasts rendang

Lethargic day.
Ever present mild thirst.
First time failed to feel satisfied after a rather large dinner. Weird!
