Third day, still okay!

Bedtime :
11.50pm

Yeaayyy! Managed to lights off before midnight.

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + quarter red apple + 1 egg + 1 heaped tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

A tad too much wheatgrass perhaps. Wonder if this taste is what cows enjoy when chewing cud?

Lunch (a bit late, 2.15pm) : 
2 small chicken pieces, breast & wing fried + pile of stir fried bean sprouts + bit of mixed carrot slices & long beans fried

The carrots & beans were fried together with chicken liver, but not sure how chicken liver fits into the meal plan so only took the vegetables :p

Exercise :
30 minutes swim

Was aiming for an hour when the sky turned dark with a roll of thunder- mencicit berenang lompat keluar pool :p

Dinner (quite late, 9.00pm) :
Chili's Santa Fe Chicken Salad + extra grilled chicken

I overate at this meal :p And lots of tortilla strips! How much of carbohydrates is that?

Detoxification :

Skipped Epsom salt dip for today.

Handling it better.
Still present, a mild case of dry mouth & some thirst.
Now I know what Ma means when she says that she's already full but still not satisfied if rice was missing from the meal.

Am wondering if my regular dietary supplements:

1. 1 tablespoon hydrolysed rice & grains (alpha polysaccharide peptides)
2. 1 tablespoon Sidr honey
3. 1 tablespoon pomegranate extract

is impacting the meal plans in some way :( They're most likely carbohydrate loaded...
