Twelfth day and getting the hang of it.
Bedtime :
10.30pm
This was the earliest bedtime ever and I was more than ready for bed at the time.
Pebble shows quite a broken up sleep pattern but managed to get in a total of 3 hours and 22 minutes of deep sleep.
Breakfast :
24g whey protein + quarter red apple + 1 egg + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 3oz water
I think I'm getting tired of the morning shake's taste :p Going to try it without the egg tomorrow.
Lunch (late, 3.00pm) :
Subway's make your own salad: 2 pieces roasted chicken + 2 pieces chicken slice + shredded lettuce + tomato slices + capsicum slices + olives + dressings (Ranch plus Honey Mustard)
A nice change from the daily lauk only option.
Exercise :
10 minutes simplified Tabata, then 15 minutes walk to personalized music.
The Tabata sets I did today were Superman to Plank/Squat to Plyo Lunge and Mountain Climbers to Burpees/Tough Jacks.
Dinner (9.30pm) :
1 slice patin baked in tempoyak (removed tempoyak) + mixed vegetables (bok choy, leafy cabbage, capsicum, baby corn, carrot, mushroom) fried Chinese style
Wish I could set dinner at home to be earlier but this is the most convenient time for the family.
Detoxification :
Skipped Epsom salt dip again. It was pouring and cold yesterday evening. Since the manual prescribed hot/warm bath, a dip would definitely be "freezing".
This is a dilemma. How to get enough hot/warm water in time for a proper bath without a heater?
Feeling more normal now, perhaps my body is getting used to it.
My major concern right now is bowel movement- still regular but mostly loose stool.
