Thirteenth day and getting the hang of it.
Bedtime :
11.45pm
Back to usual sleep time. Probably also due to the fact that I got to nap in the afternoon.
Breakfast :
24g whey protein + quarter orange + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 3oz water
Leaving out the egg and using orange made no difference to the taste at all, haha! The whey protein taste is overwhelming!
1 medium slice aya in Kelantanese curry + handful of bok choy fried
Skip lunch day!
Exercise :
Skipped exercise :( Got too involved with something and lost track of time.
Dinner (9.30pm) :
1 slice jenahak in Malay style soup + 2 spoonful anchovies fried in sambal + 3 cups of tapioca shoots
This dinner is considered early. Later is common but any earlier is irregular.
Detoxification :
15 minutes Epsom salt dip.
To keep the water lukewarm at least, only filled the tub halfway. My thighs were sticking out in the air.
I would have to put in 2 kettles of hot water to get it warm enough because it is the warm bath that does the work.
All regular now. It seems like my loss has plateaued?
Only 9 days left before completion anyway. Will keep at it until the final day and see the end results.
