Yeaayyy! Day 10 is finally here!!! :D
Bedtime :
11.45pm
Another "yeaayyy"! Managed to turn in just before midnight.
However, woke up for no reason around 12.38am... Weird, but managed to continue sleeping just fine.
Breakfast :
24g whey protein + quarter red apple + 1 egg + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 3oz water
Stool is still pretty loose or watery though. Really need to look for those chia or flax seeds.
Lunch (late, 2.15pm) :
2 small chicken breasts black pepper gravy + 3 fried "chicken" nuggets + some brinjals fried in chili + 2 wedges tomato
I'm worried about the nuggets. Hardly tasted any chicken. Are they more flour than meat? Rosaklah meal plan!
Exercise :
65 minutes swim
One of those days where the weather is fine, the crowd is small, the school kids are few and well behaved :D Finally, a complete circuit after months!!!
Dinner (late, 9.10pm) :
d'Italiane's Caesar Salad starter (romaine lettuce, 1 poached egg, some strips of crispy fried beef bacon, few slices of totally not recommended cheese, probably cheddar, couple of this sliced toasted bread) + d'Italiane's spaghetti in beef Bolognaise sauce + Chili's Molten Chocolate cake with ice cream (because d'Italiane does not have it tonight)
Haha! Macam balas dendam kan? But actually, I AM following the recommended meals if not the exact recipes, especially the cheeses.
Detoxification :
Skipped Epsom salt dip. Wouldn't be home until late night today.
This is the day I've been looking forward to!
Once dinner is done, it felt kind of anticlimactic though... I was expecting a sugar rush or something but it was just like any other meal :p Haha!
Anyway, Budak Baik said it looks like I've gained weight :(
Could be because of the "make it up as near to guidelines as I go along" food I'm eating.
