Bedtime :
1.10am
Ouch! The afternoon nap probably played some part in this but it was mostly an on-line manga I just discovered, Nanatsu no Taizai.
Was even almost late for work, catching up on a few episodes in the morning :p
Breakfast :
24g whey protein + 5 red rambutans pitted + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water
Had finished the "vanilla" whey protein yesterday and starting on chocolate. Added rambutans to modify the taste but it was still just as yucky... Damn!
Lunch (late, 2.20pm)
2 eggs fried + a quarter cucumber sliced + about 2-3 tomatoes quartered
The after Friday prayers hangout place was really low on lunch items, like cow carcass after being worked through by a school of piranhas- only bare bones left :p
Exercise :
Skipped for today. Was supposed to go swimming but it had been drizzling/raining almost none stop since before noon.
Dinner (9.15pm) :
Chili's Southwestern Cobb Salad
Love this a lot! But just noticed that it has its share of carbohydrates, corns (in small amounts though).
There was also another unrecommended meal ingredient, mixed cheeses, which might impact on whatever benefits I would have derived from a true low carb meal.
Detoxification :
Home near midnight, not time for Epsom salt dip.
Not so sleepy today, but the fact that I am still sleepy showed how bad my sleep debt is.
I believe it is the main reason that my body's out of whack, that and the stressing out on things one has zero control over :p
Tomorrow evening is carb loading night! Yeaayyy!!!
