Do you have trouble sleeping? Here’s one way you can get a great, refreshing nap.

First, sign up for a course or a seminar or a conference- whichever is available.

Next, choose lectures with topics that you’re least interested in. It is essential that the chosen lecture hall temperature be so cold that one can keep a rack of raw meat preserved for weeks in there.

Finally, to increase the probability of sleep, ensure that the speakers of the chosen lectures are the type who speaks in a monotone, will read every line from their busy lecture slides, is very serious and cracks no jokes.
