...yang membalut tubuh kala kedinginan.

Mungkinkah itu aku?

Mungkin patut aku terima hakikat yang aku hanya "the go-to guy"?

Orang yang boleh mereka harap untuk menemani kala keperluan namun bukan pilihan mereka untuk sehidup semati?

Tapi ada kalanya, hakikat itu teramat sukar untuk diterima.

Tolonglah sambut tangan yang aku hulurkan ini.

Langit

"I can see the sky...
birds are flying"

Hanya dengan bait lagu tersebut, dia berjaya memecahkan empangan kenangan serta perasaanku.
Dan ianya seperti tiada pernah ada jurang masa antara pertemuan dan persaudaraan kami.

Langkawi
kami datang!

Sebagaimana aku menumpang padanya...

Apa-apa pun, kalian patut cuba mencari Warung Nasi Dagang Pak Malau ini, kalau tidak silap saya di Jalan Ulu Melaka menuju Makam Mahsuri.
Hanya dibuka dari pagi hingga jam 2.00 petang (Jumaat cuti), disamping menjamu selera atau sekadar minum-minum, suasana dan pemandangannya asyik sekali...

Penempatan di Pantai Chenang ini sangat berbaloi.
Moga kekal kualiti perkhidmatan mereka di masa-masa akan datang.


 Gunung Machinchang kini bawah pengurusan baru.
Banyak tarikan baru yang ditawarkan kepada pengunjung tapi buat masa ini, masih banyak kerja-kerja pengubahsuaian serta penyelenggaraan yang sedang berlangsung.

Jika anda berhajat untuk mandi-manda dengan puasnya di Tanjung Rhu, silalah berkunjung semasa air pasang (biasanya antara pagi hingga tengahari).
Petang-petang begini, kalian boleh berjalan hingga setengah kilometer ke tengah laut dan air masih di paras pinggang sahaja.

 Pantai Chenang lebih sibuk dengan pelbagai aktiviti pantai.
Jika mahu bersukaria, inilah pantai yang lebih menyeronokkan.

Dengan sekelip mata, percutian kami berakhir.
3 hari 2 malam adalah terlalu suntuk tapi aku sangat hargai setiap detik yang berlalu.

22 Day Lifestyle Program: RESULTS

All right, folks! As promised, here are my stats!

AT MY BEST (~23-25 years of age)

Total body weight = 65 kilograms / 143 pounds
Body Mass Index = 21.593
Waist size (circumference through the bellybutton) = 74 centimeters / 29 inches
Body fat = 9.81%

22 DAYS AGO (37 years of age, going on 38)

Total body weight = 80 kilograms / 168 pounds
Body Mass Index = 25.247
Waist size (circumference through the bellybutton) = 95 centimeters / 38 inches
Body fat = 26.54%

TODAY

Total body weight = 76 kilograms / 143 pounds
Body Mass Index = 21.593
Waist size (circumference through the bellybutton) = 86 centimeters / 34 inches
Body fat = 18.60%

Conclusion

I was hoping to get a clear unobstructed view of my d**k but there is still substantial amount of pooch in the way. There's also still too much love on my handles.

However, there IS positive overall loss after 22 days despite being unable to very strictly adhere to the program!

Not much loss in weight or waist size, but Body Fat Percentage down by 7.9%- that's major enough for me!

Therefore I'm going to continue this lifestyle with some modifications :)
I want my body to be 23 years old again!

Day 22!!!

Bedtime :
1.30am

I know, I know! But it was exercise day and we had really late dinner...

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + 2 tablespoon chia seed + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

Getting really tired of the protein shake :p haha! Once it's finished, I will avoid buying more for quite some time.

Lunch (1.40pm)
6 medium chicken breasts (some fried, some roasted) + 2 fried eggs with 1 tablespoon ground nuts and a bit of sambal + 2 medium bowls of laksa gravy with the vegetable condiments (cucumber, lettuce)

Oh, Lord! It's our annual year end lunch celebration at the office and I forgot how much "fun" it can become :(

Exercise :

20 minutes walk to personalized music

This is too mild to contra today's food intake :p but it was all I had time for...

Dinner (9.30pm) :
1 set Nasi Lemak + 1 small bowl labu air fried + 6-7 scoops briyani rice with chicken briyani gravy + 1 large bowl ice cream

I overate :( even for a cheat meal! This whole day was just me, splurging!

Detoxification :

Skip Epsom salt bath again!

Admittedly, I went overboard with today's meals as well skimping on the exercise and skipping detox.
Whatever may be, this is the official final day of the lifestyle program.

I will be measuring the results later today so we can determine how effective it has been.

If the results are positive, I will be continuing in a more moderate manner up to the forty second day to make sure the behaviour sticks for the rest of my life!
