For the better...

I am so glad to report that the intracity commuter services is much improved.

What I recently experienced was on par with the level of reliability and comfort offered when the service was still young.

There is still ample room for improvement, especially during peak hours service, but THIS is definitely much better than last Raya.

Thank you, KTM Berhad, for taking steps to address your customers' feedback.

P.S. Terserempak Anasyg tapi terlalu segan dan terlalu lambat gerak nak menegur >_<

jarang guna servis disana sebab jarang turun tapi usaha utk kurangkan kesesakan is much better.
