A cousin passed away before he could meet Ramadhan once more...
This is not so much a tribute to him (since we were never close either personally or in age) as a record of my first time attending a night time burial.
Above, one can actually see KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers from the graveyard. Forgive the low quality of the photos. They were taken using my W880i and there's only so much the poor thing can do :P
Due to some malfunction, the entire proceeding was lit only by the headlight of a motorbike and a couple of torchlights. His grandson watches as dad and various relatives covers the grave with soil.
It was rather surreal. He was dead but the living has got to go on living.
May Allah bless his soul until eternity- al-Faatihah...
