Day four and the doubts are setting in!

Bedtime :

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + quarter red apple + 1 egg + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

Actually, I forgot to put in the apple and only realized because the shake tasted different :p No biggie, just chomped it up!

Lunch (late, 3.00pm) : 
4 small chicken breast pieces spice marinated and fried + 3 small pieces of beef rendang + some cucumber mixed with carrot slices acar + some brinjal mixed with carrot dalca

What can I say? It was a wedding lunch and there's hardly any choice in the matter.

Exercise :
15 minutes brisk walk to personal music playlist

Dinner (8.15pm, 9.10pm) :
4 small pieces beef rendang + plate of cabbage fried + 5 honeyed macadamia nuts

Okay, there was some miscalculation on my part.
Had the vegetables and nuts first, then something came up and it took a while before I could resume :p

One of the rules is "No Snacking". Is this considered 'snacking'?

Detoxification :

20 minutes Epsom salt dip

Water was cool! Is it even possible for the toxins to drain out like this? :(

Feeling more normal now.
Still drinking water to get rid of hunger pangs.
Old habits are starting to seep in- felt drowsy near 11.00am despite the work I was doing so I napped until almost 1.00pm!
I know it's only the fourth day but these bulges, in places where I've never had any years ago, is starting to bother me greatly!
