It's day five and I can see some old habits re-emerging!

Bedtime :

Na-a-aahhh!!! This is totally unacceptable :(

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + quarter red apple + 1 egg + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

Starting to notice that the shake is somewhat hanyir and it's making me queasy. Wonder why it was much less noticeable before?

Lunch (1.00pm) : 
4 small chicken fillets + some cabbage fried + assorted mushrooms fried

Very oily meal! Put in more than enough oil needed to fry the mushrooms.

Exercise :

Dinner (late, 10.00pm) :
2 medium chicken breasts + small cup of coleslaw

That's KFC for dinner up there :p There was a small event by masjid youth.

Detoxification :

15 minutes Epsom salt dip.

Used a plastic bag to help plug the sinkhole and avoid the "battle" withe the water level in order to keep immersed for the required amount of time :p

Felt somewhat lethargic throughout the day. Kept wanting to nap so much.
Gave in at 3.00pm and woke up around 6.30pm, which was why the exercise portion was skipped.
The old habits are really affecting my resolve to stick to the new ones.
Running low on will-power. Sure, we can build it up over time but it looks like I may have used up my quota before I can complete this lifestyle plan.
