:( Old old habits die hard. I think going to bed early is the most difficult one to modify!
24g whey protein + quarter red apple + 1 egg + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) +
2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water
Okay... This shake is tasting weirder day by day. Probably it's just me, starting to get sick of the taste :p haha!
4 small chicken fillets + assorted mushrooms fired + clear soup of labu air (have no idea what's the English term for it)
Another skip lunch day.
Skipped again. Should fit it in though, because it's just a 15 minutes brisk walk.
Dinner (late, 10.00pm) :
1 medium slice bawal hitam fried in sambal + belinjau shoots bening + clear soup of labu air + handful (about 10) of honeyed macadamia nuts
Tough to eat this meal any earlier...
15 minutes Epsom salt dip
Got home quite late, so only managed to set up around 7.30pm.
Getting used to it.
However, it was another lethargic day. Work gets done, sure, but not the work I scheduled for today!
Simply failed to muster the concentration to clean up those boring meeting minutes!
Otherwise, it isn't at all bad. Reward day in 3!!! :D
