Who sleeps early on Christmas night? I did :p
12g whey protein + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water
Woke up a quite late this morning, dumped whatever balance of whey protein left in the tub and left out a couple of ingredients!
Medium bowl of petola ular fried + small piece of spiced fried chicken
A skip lunch day, but the time was too limited for me to eat more.
10 minutes simplified Tabata, then 15 minutes walk to personalized music.
Today's Tabata sets were Ski Plyometric/push ups and squat jumps/Grasshoppers.
Dinner (9.15pm) :
Equivalent to 2 medium chicken breasts masak merah + very little mixed vegetables acar (carrot, cucumber)
Kenduri night, but the choices were few this evening.
20 minutes Epsom salt dip
Found a way to make the bath warmer though not by much. It took quite some time to wait for the kettle to boil.
The sleepiness is still present and the hunger pangs were noticeable since I only took a small meal.
Was actually drowsing off towards noon so I literally napped my noon away :p
Figured that I was getting too few exercise so re-initiated the simplified Tabata.
If done well, it really gets to you!
