21/22


Twenty first day with 1 more day to program's end!

Bedtime :
12.10am

Much, much better timing. It would be great if I could keep it up!

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + 2 tablespoon chia seed + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

Really thick shake and a bitch to clean the blender :p

Lunch (2.00pm)
1 telur bungkus + 1 serving chicken and mixed vegetables soup

Meal was more or less the usual time but the hunger pangs prior to it were quite intense.
I wonder if it was because the food was already there and giving off these delicious smells :p

Exercise :

35 minutes swim, then 1 hour dance exercise session

I could do it! Amaze-balls! Both were high activity sessions and I managed to gasp through...

Dinner (late, 11.30pm) :
Strawberry Fields Black Pepper Steak with extra salad

My body handled this late, late dinner quite well. Hunger pangs were absent.
Also had a spoonful of acquaintance's Thai Fried Rice just to find out how weird it tasted, which was really neither hear nor there and all of spicy!

Detoxification :

Skip Epsom salt bath today!

I was imagining the boundless energy mentioned in the program book as a bouncy, cheery feeling.
It's only today that I understand what it really means.
To still be able to go full throttle at dance exercise despite the swim earlier was amazing!

Twentienth day with 2 more days to program's end!

Bedtime :
1.10am

Better, but still unable to identify the cue. Hope to turn in before midnight every night.

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + 2 tablespoon chia seed + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

1 medium mabong fried + half scoop four-angles beans friend in santan

Forced myself to eat though I hardly had any appetite. It's going to be a looong skip lunch day.

Exercise :

10 minutes simplified Tabata, then 15 minutes walk to personalized music

Today's set was Superman to Plank/Squat to Plyo Lunge and Mountain Climbers to Burpees/Tough Jacks.

Dinner (late, 10.00pm) :
1 medium chicken breast roasted + big scoop of four-angles beans fried in santan

Neighbourhood kids were holding a barbecue party, so I had TWO dinners.
May have gone overboard this carb loading day :p

Detoxification :

SKIP! It had been raining/drizzling the whole day and the water is so cold!
There's no way I can draw a decently warm Epsom salt bath today!

Almost towards the end now.
Seen some physical changes, but the belly pooch is still there. 
In terms of energy, I don't feel bursting with it though more energetic than usual.
The daytime drowsiness still present because I'm still having a hard time going to bed early.
I figure that my hormones are still out of whack...

Nineteenth day with 3 more days to program's end!

Bedtime :
1.30am

Okay, this is bad... The old habits are kicking in. There's absolutely no necessity to turn down that late, but the time simply flies!

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + 2 tablespoon chia seed + 1 egg + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

WIth the chia seeds, the shake becomes much thicker. Still tastes queasily the same but somehow more palatable.

Lunch (12.00pm)

2 medium chicken pieces cooked in soy sauce + 3 medium beef chunks rendang and lemak + medium pile of lettuce and cucumber

Kenduri fare again :p

Exercise :

10 minutes simplified Tabata, then 15 minutes walk to personalized music

Today's set was Ski Plyometrics/push ups and squat jumps/Grasshoppers.
I don't think I'll ever get used to these sets. Got me all raggedy breath every time.

Dinner (late, 10.00pm) :
1 medium chicken breast roasted + big scoop of four-angles beans fried in santan

Neighbourhood kids were holding a barbecue party, so I had TWO dinners.
May have gone overboard this carb loading day :p

Detoxification :

20 minutes Epsom salt dip

The bath was too cool this evening :( Was shivering from time to time as I soak...

Need to modify sleep pattern urgently. It's causing serious daytime drowsiness like nobody's business!
And I'd like to take away better sleeping habits from this program after it ends too so the bedtime discipline is priority one now!

Eighteenth day with 4 more days to program's end!

Bedtime :
12.20am

Losing grip on bedtime discipline here. How should I modify this habit then?

Breakfast :
24g whey protein + 2 tablespoon chia seed + 1 egg + 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (not on list) + 2 tablespoon olive oil (not on list) + 4oz water

Finally got the chia seeds. Had been wondering what the heck is it, this chia seed. Rupa-rupanya biji selasih! Chehhh!

Lunch (late, 2.00pm)

4 medium chicken pieces roasted + plateful of modified acar (cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion, green & red chili)  with kasturi lime plus olive oil dressing

Prior to that lunch was an infusion of Kopiesatu Chocolate drink at around 10.00am.
Did some exercises that would hopefully use up the extra carbohydrate though it means that I have initiated an unnecessary insulin spike before the prescribed time (which is this evening).

Today's set was Superman to Plank/Squat to Plyo Lunge and Mountain Climbers to Burpees/Tough Jacks.

Dinner (9.15pm) :
4 medium chicken pieces barbecued + 2 small chunks mutton briyani + 1 scoop coleslaw + 5 scoops fried rice + 2 scoops briyani rice + 1 egg Pindang boiled + 1 small piece potato + 1 slice fruit cake

Neighbourhood kids were holding a barbecue party, so I had TWO dinners.
May have gone overboard this carb loading day :p

Detoxification :

35 minutes Epsom salt dip

Managed to maintain a warm enough bath.

As usual, was drowsing towards noon! Need to work off the sleep debt while getting to bed as early as possible. Otherwise, I'll still be having this nodding off in the afternoon issue after the program.
I am feeling more energetic between the drowsy periods though...
